Richard Stephen Raboci

Richard Stephen Raboci, 86, of Holbrook, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 22, 2025, in Transitions Healthcare, Washington. He was a son of the late Steve and Mary Sedlak Raboci, born in Pricedale on March 8, 1939. Formerly of Pricedale, Richard had resided in Confluence for 30 years before settling in Holbrook in 2017. Richard enjoyed gardening, hunting, camping, woodwork, renovation projects and going to the beach, especially Cape Hatteras, N.C. He had been employed as a carpenter for E & R Construction before his retirement and was a United States Army Reserves Veteran. He is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Jeffrey (Sara Lane) Raboci of Confluence, Scott (Cynthia) Raboci of Dillsburg and Douglas (Michelle) of Saylorsburg; two daughters and a son-in-law, Kelly (Jude) Guess of Holbrook and Monica Raboci of Donora; 12 grandchildren: John Raboci, Mary Raboci, Jessica Raboci, Emily (Chad) Brubaker, Mitchell Raboci, Casey Raboci, Colby Raboci, Timothy Guess, Jacob (Steffi) Guess, Andrew (Hailie) Guess, Nicholas Guess and Justin Conrad (fiancee, Darian), two great-grandchildren, Fiona Conrad and Josie Guess; and a sister, Carol DelVerne of Greenwood, Ind. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Raboci on December 23, 2017; and a sister, Mary Elaine Raboci. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 25, in the Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon, 724-929-5300. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 26, in the funeral home with Pastor Duane Riddle officiating.
