Roma Caroline Grose, 79, of Steubenville, Ohio, formerly of Weirton, W.Va., passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born October 6, 1945, in Weirton, a daughter of the late Lawrence Dillon and Belvia Underwood Dillon. She was a graduate of Weirton High School. On March 14, 1991, Roma married Charles R. "Reggie" Grose, who died February 19, 2017. She retired from Wilson Equipment in Washington, where she worked as an office manager. Roma was a very active member of the North Buffalo Presbyterian Church. She loved reading, and above all, spending time with her grandchildren and family. She was a wonderful mother, devoted grandmother, and mother-in- law; her kindness, wisdom, and unwavering love touched everyone who knew her. She had a way of making everyone feel special, of bringing joy into the simplest moments, and of holding her family together with her strength and grace. Though their hearts are broken, her family finds comfort in knowing that Roma has been reunited with her beloved Reggie. In the most beautiful way, she gave him the greatest gift - a love that endures beyond this life. She will be deeply missed, but her love will live on in all whom she loved. Roma is survived by her children, Terri Jo (Richard) DiCarlo of Steubenville, David Boyd of Steubenville, Mark (Rhonda) Grose of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Terri Lynn (Brad) Zrimm of Avella; her grandchildren, Alex DiCarlo, Adam DiCarlo, Parker Boyd, Lauren (Trevor) Watson, and Linsey (Jim) Duchi; and great-grandchildren, Chase Watson and Harper Duchi. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, with Pastor Gary Gibson officiating. Interment will follow at Mt.
