Roy Arbogast Obituary

Roy Junior Arbogast, 90, of Waynesburg, Pa., died Wednesday, September 17, 2025, in Waynesburg, following a recent illness. Born in Kearns, WV on May 11, 1935, he was a son of the late Jasper and Gladys Roy Arbogast. Roy was a graduate of Mapletown High School in 1954 and Penn Commercial in 1959. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1991 as a Veteran Employment Representative. He was a life member of the American Legion and served for 21 years as the Post Adjutant. He is survived by two sons, Roy D. (Bobbie) of Morgantown, WV and Randy A. of Waynesburg; two grandchildren, Robi (Josh) Tustin of Jefferson, and Matt (Sami Jo) of Monongahela; three great-grandsons, Jonah and Micah Tustin, and Ezra Arbogast. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Robert S. Arbogast in 2021. Friends and family will be received in the Behm Funeral Home, 182 W. High St., Waynesburg, Pa. on Sunday, September 21, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. Graveside service with full Military Honors will be Monday, September 22, 2025, at 11 a.m. in the Greene County Memorial Park, Waynesburg, Pa. with Josh Tustin officiating.
