Thomas Miller Braun Jr., 65, of Washington, died Thursday, May 31, 2018, in Donnell House, Washington.
He was born January 12, 1953, in Pittsburgh, a son of Thomas Miller Braun, M.D., and Muriel Ferguson Braun.
Mr. Braun was a 1970 graduate of Bentworth High School.
He worked as an optician for Three Rivers Optical.
Mr. Braun enjoyed spending time with his family and the outdoors, especially fishing and golfing. He also enjoyed bowling and Pittsburgh sports teams. He was a train enthusiast.
Surviving are his sons, Eric Thomas Braun (Danyel) of Brave, Jeremy James Braun (Shannon) of Aliquippa and Brian Jeffrey Braun (Katie) of Mars; grandchildren Ryan Thomas Braun, Meghan Ashlee Braun, Evan Braun, Ava Grabowski and Caleb Grabowski; siblings Phyllis Malarbi (Rocco) of Scenery Hill, Linda Pajak (Andrew) of Niantic, Conn., Nancy Oliver (David) of Washington, Sally Skerbetz (Robert) of West Richland, Wash., James Braun of Washington, Dorris Fonner of Ellsworth and Susan Hollowood of California; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation and private services are in the care of Thompson-Marodi Funeral Home, 809 Main Street, Bentleyville, 724-239-2255.
