William Knerr Obituary

William R. "Bill" Knerr Jr., 62, of Brownsville, formerly of Arlington, died Sunday, August 13, 2017.
He was the beloved husband of 41 years to Christine Knerr; loving father of Jessica (Tim) Welsh, Billy Knerr and Jason (Kristen) Knerr; proud grandfather of Samantha, Timmy, Justin, Sadie, Hannah and Ghost; son of the late William R. Sr. and Mercedes M. Knerr; and brother of Kean (the late Ilona) Knerr.
Mr. Knerr was a member of Carpenters Local 230. He worked as vice president of Patrinos Contracting.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in John F. Slater Funeral Home Inc., 4201 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, PA 15227, 412-881-4100. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 16, in St. Paul Monastery, Pittsburgh. Anyone wishing to attend the Mass is asked to meet at the church.

Chris ,Jason,Billy and Jessica. I am so sorry for your loss your dad was a great man I will never forget when I would stay over your house in the summer and your dad would have thing for us to do around your house he taught me a lot. He will be missed.
