Much, much too young to go. My father, W.F. Cannon, Jr. Superintendent of Grapevine Schools when Tom, Sr. went there died at 57 so I really understand your loss. God Bless you all at this difficult time.

Our deepest sympathy for Margaret & the family. Tom was a great man & friend. Tom & Bill were good friends at Valco... both left & went on to build their lives & provide for their families, but stayed in touch. Tom was our photographer at our wedding. We have those great memories. Wish we could be there today. . Prayers for all of the family.

The world has lost a great man. Claire and I are shocked by your loss. Tonight we will do what Tommy would probably want us to do. We will open a bottle of a great Texas craft beer and hoist our glasses to a great guy with a contagious personality, a monstrous smile, and a laugh powerful enough to start the world laughing. We are lucky to have known him and I was proud to take his money in the Friday night poker games.
Tommy's personality just couldn't let him keep a great hand a secret.Resquiat In Pace, Tommy

Margaret, Russell and Sterett,

I have many fond memories of Tom. He was such a likable guy. My favorite memories are of little league baseball and football interacting with Tom while Russell and Phillip either played on the same team or against each other (it didn't matter). Tom will be sorely missed. My heartfelt sympathies go to each of you.

Margaret, Hal Barnett just gave me some awful news. Tom had been a great friend for decades and was one of my favorite people. I never imagined anything other than that he and I would grow into old, old friends. I'm so sorry for you and your family who have lost such a special person.

Margaret, Sterett and Russell, I was so saddened to learn of Tom's passing and please know all of you are in my thoughts and prayers. I have so many great - and very funny - "Tom stories" from the time we worked together and in the years since then, and I find myself laughing as I remember them. Tom was truly one of a kind, and I count myself both lucky and blessed to have had him in my life and to call him a friend.

The three of you were without question the most important people in Tom's life, and I can't recall a conversation in which he didn't talk or brag about each of you. His love for you will last through eternity.

God bless your family.
