Bob, I´m going to miss you. Sorry I am in Idaho for the funeral. For four years we ran a good county government with help from the others. You left a compass reading that only deep thinking and purposeful individuals could follow. May Jesus give you only the best.

So sad to learn of Bob's passing. I worked with him and I'll never forget his kindness.

Bob was a true patriot and gentleman. He was instrumental in keeping the Old Soldiers Reunion continuing during the Pandemic and times of isolation. He always gave a 100% to whatever task he undertook. We are so blessed to have called him Friend and veteran. Even in sickness he always tried to cheer others rather than dwell on himself. His wife, Trish, was his constant supporter and blessing during his sickness. She has become our dear friend also, thanks to Bob. Our prayers and support remain for her.

Bob Hibbitts was my dear friend and probably the best man I have ever known. Bob set the bar for what a man should be. He cared about others no matter their socioeconomic background. Bob Hibbitts was the real deal. I have been blessed to know this man and having the distinction of saying; "Bob Hibbitts was my friend". He was loyal to me and I was loyal to Bob; true friends. I will forever miss our long phone conversations, his guidance, and encouragement when it was needed. God truly blessed all of us for placing Bob in our lives. As for me, there will not be a day that passes when I do not reflect on this giant of a man. Our loss is Heaven´s gain. I know this for sure.
