We just recently learned about Art's passing and wanted to send our condolences to his family. We knew Art well through his sister (my step-mother) Liz. Art was a wonderful and caring brother and a very good man. We will miss Art greatly. Please know that Art was a vital and important part of our lives.

From my home in Memphis, TN, my prayers and blessings enfold Arthur Moore and all who gather to honor his life and the wholesomeness he brought to our lives and to the world. He
was something special to you. He was my friend and classmate. He and I played basketball and football (leather helmets in those days) and graduated from Strong High School nearly seventy years ago as "The 49ers." We started college together but he was soon off to war in the Korean "Conflict," It was decades before we bothretired after tasting much of life, and
met up again on my trips to visit my son and his family in Ocala. On those visits I soadmired his mastery in bringing his love of God's Creation to such vibrant life on canvasses that will surelygrow as treasures as time goes by. My love to you all...and my joy that you and Arthur Moore had overlapping "life circles." We will miss seeing him on this side, but let's be comforted in knowing there's Another Side where God's life never skips a beat, where Earth-birthed love never fades, and where we abide in joy divine--and it in us. Be blessed there, my friend!
