SHEA, CAROL ANN LANIER
Jacksonville - Carol Ann Lanier Shea, a resident of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on October 26, 2013. Ann was born June 26, 1946 in Ocala, FL.
Ann graduated from Ocala High School. She attended the University of North Florida and Nova Southeastern and received a B.B.A. in accounting and a M.B.A., respectively. She worked over thirty years in Jacksonville with many prominent local companies including AT&T Universal Card, Blue Cross, Blue Shields of Florida and Citibank. Her passions included traveling the world and caring for pets.
Ann is survived by her son Vincent Shea II, her sister Marlene Lanier, her brother Robert Lanier Jr., and thirteen nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Vincent Shea.
Her family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Wednesday, October 30, with a Vigil service at 6:00 pm at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home, 940 Cesery Blvd. Jacksonville, Fl. 32211. A Celebration of the Mass will be at 10:00 am Thursday, October 31st at Christ the King Catholic Church, 742 Arlington Rd. N., Jacksonville, Fl. 32211.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations made to Alzheimer's Association.
