Jack Hoops Obituary
Ocala - Mr. Jack Hoops, 83, passed away in Ocala, Florida on September 18, 2007. He was born in Yucon, W. Virginia on September 10, 1924. He was a retired Operating Engineer. He was a veteran of the US Army during WWII. He moved to this area in 1991 from Deerfield Beach, Florida, He is survived by his wife of 61 years Phala. Two sons Ralph Hoops of Ocala, FL, James W. Hoops of Cummings, GA. Three daughters Julia Siebert of Ocala, FL; Phala Bernhardt of Pompano Beach, FL and Sharon Roberts of Tamarac, FL. 15 Grandchildren, 22 Great grandchildren and 1 Great-great Grandchild. He was a Baptist. In lieu of flowers send donations to Hospice of Marion County. Roberts Downtown Chapel, 606 SW 2nd Ave., Ocala, FL is handling the arrangements.
