James Bowen Obituary

BOWEN, JAMES P., 92 Ocala - James P. Bowen, 92 passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2006. He was born in Taylor, PA and moved to Ocala from Miami in 1976. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the US Army. He was a constant gardener and enjoyed traveling and was an avid Too Your Health Spa participant and member of Ocala Elks Lodge. He is survived by his daughter Mary Elizabeth Ranieri and son in law Ralph of Ocala and grandsons Joe Ranieri of Jacksonville, Jim Ranieri of Ocala and Tom Ranieri of Costa Rica. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at 10AM at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church with Father Pat Sheedy officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 6:30-8PM at the church. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ugandan Mission Project at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. Arrangements by Hiers Funeral Home, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd.
