Theresa, Wendy, Tambra and family: I'm sad to hear about the passing of your dad, John. I still remember hearing his band practice at your home way back when, in Orange Springs. May you always cherish your memories of him and his great smile and passion for music! Thoughts and prayers to you all.

John was our dearest friend for over 35 years. Tony and John had a fun duo they called Sugartime and just enjoyed making music together. We love this gentle, and talented man.

John or Daddy M. in my phone was the most amazing man. He truly had the kindest heart and soul. He loved his wife Debbie and his children and grandchildren with his whole heart. I am blessed to have known him. Blessed to smile and say, yes I knew him and yes I loved him like another father. I will miss him and his music. And everytime I hear someone sing Brown eyed Girl I will smile and say, Daddy M. would look out at me if I was there and smile and say this is for my daughters best friend. If you knew him..you loved him...and we are all blessed to call him our friend. To Debbie and all of his family... my deepest sadness for you all. But his legacy, music and love will carry on through all of you. Thankyou for sharing him with me and all of us. He was a great man... He is one of God's greatest gains.. We love you all.. Tim and Janine Bloom❤

We were shocked and saddened to hear about John. We enjoyed seeing him with Sugarbear and he always came and sat for a visit with us. Lots of great memories.
