Marcia L. Bender

Marcia L. Eberhard Bender, 67 Marcia L. Eberhard Bender, 67, a lifelong resident of Upper Chichester, died April 23, 2014 at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Marcia was a baker at Super Fresh Market and a graduate of Chichester High School, class of 1965. She loved to read and travel with her sister, however, her life was centered on her grandchildren. Marcia was wife of the late Thomas Andrew Bender, her husband of 35 years, who died in 2004; daughter of the late Leroy and Mae Miller Eberhard and sister of the late David Eberhard. Survivors: Her children Kristin M. Bender, Staci L. Bender and Kevin A. Bender; grandchildren Olivia Anne Bender, Natalie Marie Bender and Makayla Noelle Bender-Cephas; her sister Sandra Fawcett; also her caregiver Joseph Taylor, III and many nieces and nephews. Visitation: 9:00 to 11:00a.m., Monday, at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Rd., Aston. Burial: Lawn Croft Cemetery.
