MIKE, AKA PORK CHOP
I am sorry to hear of the passing of Mike. I knew Mike for several years dating back to his love of playing cards at Magic Billiards. We would always talk about our daughters since they were very close in age. Courtney you father would always light up when he would speak about you. Mike was a great man with a big heart and always a smile. We use to joke around alot at Magic's and Spudzies and that is where I met Mark and Steve his brothers. I know that Mike is in heaven riding his harley and playing cards with a big smile on his face. He going to missed forever

WHEN YOU CARE ABOUT SOMEONE
AS MUCH AS WE DO ABOUT YOU,
BEING APART IS A HARD THING
TO GET USED TO.

WE THOUGHT WE WOULD HANDLE IT
JUST FINE.....
AND THAT WE WOULD BE HAPPY
JUST TO KEEP YOU ON OUR MINDS
BUT IT ISN'T ALWAYS
THAT EASY...

SOMETIMES THE ONE THING THAT WOULD
PLEASE US THE MOST....IS SIMPLY
SEEING YOU.

WE KNEW THAT WE WOULD MISS YOU.

WE JUST DIDN'T KNOW
WE WOULD MISS YOU
AS MUCH AS WE DO

Saying good-bye to one of the best people we knew is hard and sad at the same time. When we think of Mike, we have the fondest of memories. It was about two years ago that we met the owner of Spudzies and until he died, he was always pretty happy. He and the bar that he so loved, is responsible for all the great people we've met. Mike was one of those great people! We will miss the way he used to slap his hands on the bar while he was talking to us. We will miss the way he would never answer his cell phone. I personally will miss shutting the light off on him as he went to the bathroom! We will miss the pictures he'd produce of himself when he was younger as you saw the happiness in his eyes, as he explained each one. There are alot of things we will miss about Mike but most of all we will miss the man. I'd like to think that when he closed his eyes to die; in an instant, he woke up somewhere else, much more beautiful and much more satisfying. We were proud to ride with him on a few occasions and know that he loved riding his bike as much as we do. We loved you as a kind hearted and generous person and will never forget you! Our heart goes out to the family and our prayers and thoughts are with you all.

Love Always;

Wow...Mike, you are going to be greatly missed amongst the music community! You helped inspire us to bring the musicians and their fans closer together. Through all the different rock jams, acoustic solo acts, cover bands and most of all giving the opportunity for original music a chance in this upside-down town! We so much appreciate all that you have given this community, as well as teaching us a little about how cruel the entertainment industry can be...business is business =) You always had a heart for the struggling musician and as Anita said...treated everyone like family!! Ben and Nicole from OcalaRocks will miss you deeply and hope that you have been proud of what you had started and what we will continue to strive to become...a STRONG MUSIC FAMILY!!! You will always be in our hearts!!!
