SALVATORE CHARLES
Salvatore Charles Amodeo 'Sal' passed away on November 4, 2019 after a brief battle with cancer. Sal was born on September 8, 1959 in Riverhead, New York. He moved to Ocala in 1978. Sal was the owner/operator of Sal Amodeo Trucking. He loved driving his dump truck.
He is preceded in death by his father, Sal Amodeo; and his partner, Deborah Gaj.
He is survived by his son, Sal Amodeo (Kay); daughter, Rose Amodeo (Max); granddaughter, Remmington; mother, Avis Amodeo; brothers, Joe Amodeo (Maureen) and Tommy Amodeo (Lisa); sisters, Francine Amodeo and Susan Miller (Jeff); numerous nieces and nephews, along with many dear friends.
The family will receive friends at the Amodeo residence: 5205 NE Jacksonville Road, Ocala on Friday, November 22, 2019 starting at 5:00 pm for a 'Celebration of Life' open house. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cancer Society Sal we love you and we will miss you greatly.
