SHAWN IAN, 36
Ocala - Shawn Ian Andersen, 36, born July 29, 1977, passed away on May 10, 2014. He was a dedicated family man and was loved by all.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Gina Rohr-Andersen and two daughters, Ashley and Nya. Born in Homestead, Florida, Shawn leaves behind his mother, Lori E. Andersen of Ocala, FL and was preceded in death by his father, Robert D. Andersen of King of Prussia, PA. Shawn is also survived by his sister, Angelina Piccione and nephew Grove Piccione of Ocala, FL; Grandparents Bill and Dorothy Shepherd, Norman and Elaine Andersen, Caroline Andersen, and his late grandmother Ghislaine M. Shepherd. Shawn will forever be remembered by his mother and father-in-law, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A gathering will be held on Friday, May 23, 2014 from 5-7pm at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Home, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd, to honor Shawn's life.

Oh Shawn, how you're missed and loved on a daily basis. Natalia and I keep having fond memories of you. I truly missed you way before you were even gone. I keep thinking you'll pull up to my house outta no where just to check-in. Shawn as a friend you never failed me. We had a genuine friendship that could never ever be replaced. You've always been outside of the box in all the best ways possible. They don't make em like you no more. Oh God! This weekend I was working with a bunch of girls at the Salon & we all talked about u all day. So many memories. I was so happy Jackie heard from you just a few days before you left...I felt so happy to hear about you & I just want you to know how loved you are. Just as you are. Hi Shawn! It's now 2015 and this hasn't gotten any easier. I found Leo's collar today. The yellow one. I've talked to some of your family lately & you are missed greatly. This is a pain I've never felt before. There are very few people in the world that are as easy to respect and admire as you were. You are such an amazing person. And so missed by all.
