Dear Denny, Jann, Sandi, Barb, Chuck and Dave:
Growing up across the street, I have wonderful memories of your mother's snickerdoodles, mint surprise cookies and chocolate chip cookies. They still are tops among all the cookies I've eaten in my lifetime and especially wonderful, in some metaphorical and spiritual way, was that she would make enough so you could share them with all of us neighbor children too.
We, all of us kids in the neighborhood, also felt a wonderful sense of joy and excitement in our hearts when your grandmother arrived for a visit.
Remembering all of you and your families at this time,
Karen Ballard Thomas

My deepest sympathies to the entire Scoville family. May you find comfort with all of your memories and in time your tears will be replaced with a smile when you are thinking of her.

My sympathies to the Scoville family, especially my close friend David. Alice was a very kind person, as I recall from those days on Kennilworth. May her memory be eternal.
