MANSFIELD -- Charles David Kramer, who personified thoughtfulness and generosity, passed away Saturday morning February 21, 2009 in Mansfield. He maintained homes in both Akron and Mansfield, working in Akron but returning to Mansfield on weekends. He was 52.
