Chris Reese Obituary

Chris Reese

CUYAHOGA FALLS -- Chris Reese, 35, died unexpectedly Jan. 18, 2014.

Last week we lost our husband, son, brother and grandson, Chris. Aside from that he leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends, his dog Marley and his pride and joy "86" Camaro which he lovingly called Xena. Chris is the loved husband of Lisa Tufano Reese; loved son of Bobbie Lee and Greg and John Reese and Amy; loved brother of Sean and Jason Reese and Jonas, Joshua and Jessica Hostetler and Michelle Mays. He also leaves behind grandparents, Pat Nicolard, Myrtle Reese, Marcene Adams and Jerry Lee.

Chris had great love of his family, his car, camping, music, bears and had an unmatchable sense of humor.

Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26 in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, Dr. Richard A. Hasler officiating. www.cliffordshoemaker.com

I am so sorry for your loss. I really have no words. I never met Chris in person but accidentally posted something to his Facebook page (I thought I was posting to my Niece's page - Claudia Reese). He posted back and we chatted a few times. He sent me a friend request which was cool of him and we talked a few times. Wish we could have met. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

I love you miss you little brother! I look forward to all the conversations that we are going to have before I leave for work and after I get home. Thank you for the tears on the windshield yesterday. Claudia and I were not sure where the drops were coming from since it was a beautiful clear day and the only thing above the car was a leafless tree. We knew it was you.

Chris,
I remember when you were only big enough to ride your Big Wheel but it was broken that day and I gave you a ride on my ten speed. We took a pretty good fall and before we hit, I wrapped my arms around you to protect you. I did. I wish I could have again. I'll miss ya son, but I'll see you again. I love you Chris. Dad
