Team Sarvis: Our hearts go out to you in this time of sorrow; truly a man who cared about others and made us feel special in his presence has left us. But, Chris is not gone as we have wonderful memories of a friend who touched us in many ways ... though, our memories surely pale in comparison to those you have of a father, husband, co-worker, volunteer colleague and Best Friend to keep you company. We know that those memories and the power you draw from your faith will give you strength through this time. Please know that our prayers and thoughts are with you as we thank Him for sharing Chris with us.

Team Sarvis:
I had the honor of meeting and working with Chris over the previous 12 years. Being a ex-Ohioian, it was like being home working with such an honest, caring, dedicated to excellence in everthing he started and accomplished, gentlemen. His values are very present in his family members as their work ethics are without question, beyond compare. A trait they obviously learned from the master himself. Mr. Sarvis will be deeply missed. His smile, his laugh, his "quirky" jokes will remain in all our hearts and memories as long as we live. I am honered to say I knew and worked with Mr. Chris Sarvis. May you rest in Peace, God is by your side.

Helen and family, I remember our first visit to Akron when we arrived in the snow and needed your snow shovel to get to our new home. After that, our relationship grew and so did our children's friendship. Later after we returned from Chicago, I remember a delicious dinner with the four of us. It is a difficult time but the memories will last forever. Love Pat Vary "Schell"

Team Sarvis,
I remember the first time I met Chris, he was holding court with a group of reps at a sales meeting, and the last time I saw him at the Diamond Grill, nibbling at some food from Tom’s plate, chastising himself for doing so with every bite. His impression was everlasting, genuine, professional, old school. You were better from the experience of having known him and worked with him. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and Chris.

Chris was a gentleman's gentlemen. He is a rare gem of humanity who made others stronger, better and more prepared for life's journey. He greatly touched other people's lives in a positive way.
Chris will be missed as Chief Usher at St. Hilary. His presence at the 7:30AM Mass brought a certain touch of class to a sacred ceremony.
We extend our most sincere and deep condolences to the Sarvis family at the time of your loss.
Love,
Dick & Connie Bradner

Dear Mrs. Sarvis & Family
My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I came to know your husband/father (Chris) through Bill Alford and the Dapper Dan Board Meetings. Chris was an ornery, yet sweet gentleman that you just could not help but enjoy being around and I know he will truly be missed by one and all.
