Dale was a very awesome individual. Before I even married into the family, he made me feel welcome. He always had a story or a bit of encouragement to share. He loved his family and our Lord Jesus very much. I feel honored to have known such a special man and am blessed to be a part of his family.

Uncle Dale was a man who in short was loved by everyone he met or knew him. It has been a terrible loss for our family but such a wonderful blessing for our heavenly family!

Our family grieves the loss of a husband, father, brother and uncle but those of us who know Jesus know that we will see him again someday soon! It was an honor to have such a Godly man in our family and one to set such a great example.

I Love you Uncle Dale and will truly miss you.

To the Friends and Family of Dale Foltz: I count myself as one of those people who knew Dale only for a short time, but some people are sent by God to be in our lives for a season and some for a lifetime. I am thankful to God that he allowed me to be know Dale. I am sure that I will see him again. My sympathy and prayers go with those who loved him. Dave Jr.

We pray God will give you extraordinary comfort and peace and strength and encouragement at this time your great sorrow. God expresses in the Psalms, "Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints." I often wondered why God chose the word "precious". Then, one day our Marine son arrived home from a long tour in Moscow. We saw how "precious" in our sight was his arrival as, finally, he came home. In like manner, Dale's death is precious to God because it means Dale is, finally, coming home! We could talk to our son long distance, but that was nothing compared to the joy of touching him and hugging him and loving him when he physically walked into our home. Oh what joy must have been expressed by the great multitudes of heaven as Dale arrived home and proceeded into the presence of his personal Saviour the Lord Jesus Christ! There can never be any accidents with God. God must have determined, in His bigger picture, that the appointed time had come to change Dale's address and call him victoriously home. We love you all.

When I met Dale for the first time at Morse Controls, he told me his priorities in life were God, family,

then work. My condolences to his family. Even tho' I've never met most of you, I saw pictures of you over the years I worked with Dale. He was so proud of all of you. You will miss him greatly, but I know we'll all see him again.

Although I (Kara) did not know Dale very well, I met him at several family functions and was impressed with his compassion and dignity. My mother (Judy) has said to me several times in the past few days, what a wonderfully nice man and great cousin Dale was, and how he would be sorely missed. Grandma (Marian) was deeply moved by his passing, and wanted me to express her sympathy as well.Heaven is getting one of the good guys. Blessings and sympathy from all of us to the family.

More than a friend, he was a mentor who profoundly influenced my life. It was Dale who got me the job opportunities that led to a successful career. He celebrated my successes with me, encouraged me through the hard times, and defended me from wrongs. He always had a joke, a story, a laugh to share. He touched the lives of more people than anyone I have ever known; and his passing leaves a great emptiness. "Farewell! As a father you were to me, for a little while. Farewell!"

To the Fultz Family: Dale was a wonderful person. I met him through my husband (who passed away 6-12-02). He was always so helpful and kind. My husband worked at Morse Controls and had several medical problems and Dale helped us through all the paper work so we never had to wait on a check....He was just great people. Now our husbands are in Heaven together....I will keep you in my daily prayers because prayers are the only way you will get through this....remember Psalms 27.
