Dieter Mueller Obituary
Dieter H. Mueller, 75, of Macedonia, beloved husband for 52 years of Hannelore (nee Habeck) Mueller, loving father of Susan Lore (Jeffrey) Steele of Sagamore Hills, and Lisa Marie Mueller of Beaumont, Texas, dear grandfather of Caitlyn Anne, Connor John and Taylor Lauren Steele.
Mr. Mueller was born May 8, 1932 in Berlin, Germany and died Sunday, August 26, 2007.
Mr. Mueller served his country in the Army National Guard and retired in 1989 after 33 years at the Chrysler Twinsburg Stamping Plant.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of the Visiting Nurse Service Gardening and Landscaping Fund, 3358 Ridgewood Road, Akron, OH 44333. A Memorial service will be held Thursday August 30, 2007 at 11 a.m. at JOHNSON-ROMITO, A GOLDEN RULE FUNERAL HOME, (RTE. 82 ONE MILE WEST OF RTE. 8) NORTHFIELD CTR. OHIO, (330) 468-1443 where friends may gather from 10 a.m. until service time. www.cleveland.com/obits

You were the best father a daughter could have. You always encouraged me to learn and taught me mathematics and drafting. I know you loved me so much and I am missing your companionship and friendship. I am so happy that we spent some time together after your retirement from Chrysler and as president of the family business.

My sympathies to your family in this time of need. My father(Jim DeArmitt) worked with Dieter at the Chrysler plant. We heard many amusing stories when we were younger. How they began as enemies and became great friends. After our trip to the open house several years ago my father did not stop talking about what a great man he was for over a year. My dad actually giggled when he saw him. He stated that seeing him was well worth the trip. The both of them are probably together now giggling and yappin like a couple of schoolgirls. Dear Hannelore,
So sorry about your loss.
Hope you remember me, we shared some lovely days when our children were still small.
Dieter worked with the father of my children, Mike Ashby, at Chrysler, and I still have photos of all of us.
I want to extend my sincerest condolences, also in the name of Mike, who lives in Florida now, and whom I informed of Dieter's passing this morning.
