Whenever I think of Doris, I see a beautiful smile full of warmth, eyes with a twinkle of laughter, and a life lived by faith. She was a devoted mother, a wonderful wife, and a true friend to all who knew her. My thoughts and prayers go out to Dale, Deeann, David, and Dan as they begin this journey without her. She loved each of you with such intensity that she will never be far away. What beautiful memories of her you have and may those memories sustain you during this time of sadness.

I have known Doris since middle school. She and I were best friends then and remained close all these years. She was always fun to be around and brought sunshine and light to everyone who knew her. My heart goes out to Dale, Deeann, David, and Dan. She loved her family passionately and there is no doubt that she walked a path full of love and strong faith. She is with God now serving as a guardian angel to us all.

Doris and I grew up next door to one another so she and her family have always been special to me and we have shared many memories. She was always a loving and warm person who truly lived a Christian life. Our condolences to all of her family. She will be missed by many people.
