Edith Turle Obituary
Edith L. Turle passed away peacefully on October 7, 2017 in Veneta, Oregon.
She was born January 17, 1927 to Angelina and Vincent Iannotti. She graduated from Bedford High School and worked for Lewis Welding before becoming a loving wife and mother. She lived in Bedford and was a member of St. Mary Parish until moving to Oregon in 2012. Edith was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 57 years, James A. Turle; and her sister, Jean Such. Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Mary Syvestri of NY; son, James (Suzanne) of Stow; daughter,
Jacqueline of Ore.; granddaughters, Kristen (Tom) Fotta of Cuyahoga Falls and Kara (Ray) Gauger of Mich.; great-granddaughter, Autumn Elise Fotta and many loving extended family members. A special thanks to all her friends at Sherwood Pines and Sacred Heart Hospice for their loving care of mom.
Family and friends received at THE ST. JOHN FUNERAL HOME, 923 BROADWAY, BEDFORD (ONE MILE WEST OF FORBES-BROADWAY EXIT OF I-271) SATURDAY, OCTOBER 14 FROM 10 - 11 A.M. with a closing service at 11 A.M. Interment Bedford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Edith's memory to Sherwood Pines, 87986 Sherwood Street, Veneta, Oregon 97487.

My condolences to Jim, Jackie and all the family. Edith & I met in 1951. We had many good times which made great memories. Her husband Jim & my husband were best buddies. I enjoyed the many cards Edith sent me while she lived in Oregon. Gods blessings and comfort to all her loved ones.

I grew up on Taft Ave and just loved Edith and her sister who lived next door to her. They will always have a special memory for me. They are all together now and smiling down on us. God Bless your Family.

Very sorry to hear of Edith passing. I know she will miss you as you miss her, but to know her happiness going home to her Lord and to be with her family her loving husband and her devoted sister Jean, such a bond they had what a lovely thought together again. Prayers of healing, loving hugs for strength know that we have been blessed to be a part a this wonderful family.
