My name is Evelyn and I am speaking in behalf of myself and John. We are neighbors for the last seven years with Frank and Karen in NC. From the first time Frank came down the driveway, instantly we knew we were going to be great friends. Frank and Karen were looking for Molly, their dog, who decided to comfortably stay in our garage. That was the first time we saw Frank walking down on our driveway. My husband and Frank hit it off right away with Marine Corps stories and political views. We started hanging out on week-ends or even on a weekday after a hectic day at work. We had a ball on New Years Eve in an elegant hall in Wallace and another New Years Eve singing karaoke in our garage. We celebrated POTUS election results. We had two Fourth of July parties that we combined with lots of cocktails, food and lights. Frank even went night swimming in our above ground pool one summer. Frank joined us in Win, Lose or Draw game but he did not want to go by the game cards and just drew what he felt like. He was funny. One night, with his son Robert, he played the Cards Against Humanity Military Edition with a couple of our friends. We love Frank and Karen so much, we took them to a party with my co-workers who are from Ohio. Every year, our Christmas lights decoration outside gets brighter and brighter. We had a friendly competition of who has more lights on. Quite frankly, Frank and Karen won last years. The time I remember the most is when we evacuated for Hurricane Florence in September 2018, we ended up a block away from their hotel in Virginia! And once again, we were inseparable. Fun times, Frank. Frank loved his children and wife very much and his eyes lighted up whenever he talked about them. Frank was humorous, caring and brilliant. The two traits that we most admire about him was that Frank was also honest and spoke his mind. And what a great mind he had. He always made us laugh. We talked about good times and the bad. Frank was a great honorable man. We will miss you, brother Frank, more as the days go by. We will miss you walking down that driveway. It is much too short a time, but they have been great that we will forever remember and cherish. We will continue to pray for you and your family. We love you.
Here's to you, Frank, cheers! Thank you for being a best friend, a brother, and for your service.

My family (the Costanzos) grew up with the Trunck family because our moms have been best friends since high school. We grew up referring to your mom as Aunt Marcy and her kids were like our cousins. We were all saddened to hear about Francis's passing away and hope for healing and love to your entire family.
