To Mr. Stefanka's family,
I grew up in the same neighborhood as Mr. Stefanka's girls - more then likely they will not remember me as it was a long, long time ago! I remember Mr. Stefanka from those days very well. It was sweet many years later when we happened to be bowling on lanes next to each other at Stonehedge Place in Akron. I recognized his last name up on the score monitor and asked him if he had two daughters....and off we went talking about those days and his girls.
I remember very, very clearly how much I enjoyed that conversation - we spent quite a bit of time talking. I believe I ran into him a few other times - always in a bowling alley. He really enjoyed the game!
To all his family and friends who are grieving his loss, my deepest sympathy. May your happy memories comfort you in this difficult time.
