Harold Kinnan Obituary

Harold W. (Bill) Kinnan

STOW Harold W. (Bill) Kinnan, 86, died Aug. 22, 2002 in Sandusky.

Born in Akron, he was a member of Adoniram Joppa Lodge #517, Yusef Khan Grotto, where he was past president of the Grotto bowling league, thirty-second degree mason, Akron Consistory. He was a veteran of World War II, the D.A.V. and Firestone Post VFW. Bill had retired from the Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. and was a former member of the Firestone Country Club and Goodyear Heights Presbyterian Church.

Preceded in death by his parents, granddaughter, Heather Sieg ferth and sisters, Hazel Turner and Evelyn Kinnan; he is survived by his wife of 62 years, Bette; daughter, Judi Brooks; son, Harold II (Bud); and wife, Donna; grandsons, Kevin (Kim), Keith (Mary); nieces Fay Fisher and Betty Jean Gibbs (Dave).

Friends may call at the Redmon Funeral Home Monday, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., where service will be conducted Tuesday, 10 a.m. Adoniram Joppa Lodge #517 will con duct masonic service Monday, 6 p.m. Interment Glendale Cemetery where Firestone VFW Post 3383 will conduct military services. If friends desire memorials may be made to the Grotto Building Fund or one's favorite charity. (REDMON, STOW, 330-688-6631.)
