Our thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. While we did not get to speak with her personally, it seems like Mrs. Slader touched many lives through her love and generosity. You are all welcome back to Clinton Avenue, anytime. Thank you so much for the first photos of the home being built! We will cherish them!

I am so going to miss that smile! "Aunt" Helen was so precious to me. I make her rice pilaf recipie ALL the time.
I remember going out with Grandma (Jean Szilagyi) and Great-Aunt Helen and "Aunt" Judy and Mom (Cheryl Buxton) and we would just LAUGH the whole time. Helen always had a way of making things seem funny even when you didn't feel like laughing.
She took such good care of Gramps (Walter Gleghorn) for so many years. She was really an incredible woman.
I remember going over to visit her and gramps as i was growing up. The house was always so tidy. With everything she had to do it still boggles my mind that she was able to keep up with it all.
She was in such great shape for her age! I still can't believe how much she was still able to do!
I miss her so much, and I think I always will.

Judy, Alex, Kay and Families,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. As always, I have fond memories of your mother (mother-in-law) from meeting her in person and wonderful stories told to me by Joe. (I am sure she had a few she could have told me about him, too.) God Bless all of you.
