Jack Ollom Obituary
WADSWORTH -- Jack W. Ollom, 91, of Wadsworth. died November 20th 2015. Jack Wayne was the, son of Herman and Elise Ollom, and brother of Ghale (Ollom) Sell. He passed away on November 20, 2015 at Summa Akron City Hospital in Akron, Ohio after receiving an "un-survivable wound" during a routine medical procedure.
He is survived by his ex-wife, Suzie; and son, Jack L.; daughter-in-law Diane. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Jack, Natalie and Jessica all living in the Wadsworth / Akron area.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Jack was a member of First Christian Church in Wadsworth. He worked at the East Ohio Gas Co. until his retirement with 55 years of service. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army 65th Signal Battalion Company C Rhineland Central Europe during World War II and received two Bronze Stars.
He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Christian Church, 116 E. Boyer St., Wadsworth with Rev. James Singleton officiating. Inurnment 9:30 Friday at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.www.HilliardRospert.com
