Jacob W. Neff

STOW -- Jacob W. Neff, 29, loving son and brother, went home to be with the Lord on August 19, 2021. Jake was born at Akron General Hospital on October 28, 1991. He was a lifelong resident of Stow and a 2010 graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School. He found happiness in spending time with his family and friends; especially those special times he had with his mom. He enjoyed playing/watching football, playing video games, binge watching TV shows, and fantasy football. He also shared his love of playing cards with family and friends. His infectious smile and beautiful eyes would always light up the room and make everyone feel warm and welcomed. Jake was a kind-hearted, loving, and helpful soul that will always remain in our hearts. Preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Vickie Rogers, Jake is survived by his mother, Celeste (Gerry) Konn; brothers, Joe Neff and Noah Dayton; maternal grandfather, Clinton Rogers; uncles, Tim (Sabrina) Rogers, Donald (Kat) Rogers; paternal grandparents, Allen and Barbara Neff; aunts, Carla (Joseph) Long and Sheila (Tom) Tang, and many other loving relatives and friends. Pastor Dan Page will conduct services Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, OH 44224, where friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until service time.
