Only when you drink from the

river of silence,

shall you indeed sing.

And when you have reached the

mountaintop, then you shall

begin to climb.

And when the earth shall claim

your limbs, then shall you

truly dance.

Dear Family of Jackie,

Thank you for sharing your mom with me and the rest of us who worked with her at the post office. Even though it has been 15 years since I resigned from the USPS, I have always held your mother in the highest regard. She was a very kind, warm, and fun lady to work with. I am sorry for any suffering that she had to endure. Please know that she is experiencing the grace of God in heaven now - the ultimate happiness that any of us can ever hope to experience!

Love and comfort to you all during this sad time.

Sincerely,

Billy Hoffman
