My family and I became next door neighbors with Jim & Marty in the late 60's when we purchased our "starter" home next door to them on Stroud Dr., in Houston, Texas. Young Jamie used to come to our house to bake chocolate chip cookies, and Marty and I shared the growth of our darling babies when Julya and our Eric were born 2 mos. apart. I have fond memories of this wonderful family and send condolences to Jim's extended family. (Cathy Smith - San Antonio, TX)
