Jennifer Dick Obituary
WESTFIELD TWP. Jennifer Ann Dick, 35, died unexpected ly Thursday, Dec. 2, 2004.
Born in Akron, Jennifer resided in Westfield Township 12 years, previously residing in Norton. She was a 1987 graduate of Norton High School, and a homemaker.
She is survived by husband, Kurt; children, Zachary, Megan, and Jared; parents, Esther (Mrs. Charles) Freeman of Nor ton, Chester Croft of Mansfield; stepsister, Regina Weaver of Uniontown; grandmother, Don na Croft of Florida; father and mother-in-law, Dalford and Nancy Dick of Wadsworth.
Funeral services Monday, 11 a.m., at the Hilliard & Mullaney Funeral Home, 174 N. Lyman St., Wadsworth, where the fam ily will receive friends Sunday, 6 to 8 p.m., and one hour prior to services on Monday. Contributions to benefit the children may be sent to any Savings Bank & Trust. (Hilliard & Mulla ney, 330-334-1501.)

Dear Dick and Croft Families,
Jenny was my only cousin on my mother's side of the family, and horrible things like her untimely death really hit hom and make one realize just how fragile our life here on this Earth really is. I am in the Army and stationed in Korea, but my Mom has kept me informed. My condolences to you all.

I still can't believe this has happened, and I know we all are asking ourselves why? This question will probably never be answered and finding comfort and support from your friends and family is all you can ask for. I'm so sorry and my love and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Since the moment I met you Esther, you have welcomed me as your friend. You have always been there for me and words will never say how much you and your family mean to me. I love you and will always be here for you. Kurt & Family,
I heard the terrible news report that December morning & felt the pain immediatly. As I think about how many times I wanted to call or stop by to just catch up on everything that had passed since graduation with Jenni. I sit here in tears after learning of a tragedy that has taken a beautiful person from the arms of her family. My condolences can only offer just a fraction of support that Kurt and the kiddos need now. My heart hurts--and I wish that I could be there --My hope is that the entire family embraces each other and realizes that life is precious. Kurt--to you---I want you to know I always thought you were a strong person inside of that country boy. So here comes the test of your life--I know deep down that you will be allright--that the children will be raised according to your and Jens ways--you will see her in them---yes the good and the bad---just remember that--the good always comes out.
