Jerry R. Baker, age 77, of Medina, Ohio, passed away Stepember 7, 2015.
He is survived by his wife, Lois; children, Donald, Brian (Jenifer), Stephen and the late Jeffrey; Grandpa to Jeffrey; brother of Marvin Baker and Suzanne Fitch.
Funeral service Saturday, 12 Noon at the New Life Christian Fellowship Church, 580 N. State Road, Medina. Calling hours at the Bauer Funeral Home, Valley City, Ohio, 11 a.m. to 12 Noon Saturday at the church prior the the service. Onlite guesbook at www.bauerfuneralhome1943.com.
