Kent Warner Obituary

Kent Branson Warner

Kent Branson Warner, 85, of 1445 Winna Cir., Orrville, Ohio died April 7, 2002 at Wooster Community Hospital following a long period of declining health.

In 1937, Kent and his father started the Warner Insurance Agen cy in Orrville. In later years, he was joined by his son, Kent Jr. He retired and sold the agency in 1992.

He is survived by his wife, Irene G. Warner; children, Patricia Ann Warner of Orrville, Caroline Warner Middleton of Dublin, Ohio, Kent Branson Warner, Jr. and wife, Brenda of Westlake, Ohio, John Graves Warner and wife, Erin of Virginia Beach, Va.; grandchildren, Emily Anne Middleton and Adam Frederic Warner; sister, Katherine (Hiram Heber) Stephenson of Oxford, Ohio, and Carolyn (Richard W.) Wilson of East Boothbay, Maine. A son, Fred eric Kent Warner preceded him in death in 1985.

Funeral services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Orrville on Thursday, April 11, 2002 at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. David Kearns-Preston officiating. Burial will take place in Crown Hill Cemetery in Orrville. Friends may call at Auble Funeral Home in Orrville on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. or one hour prior to services at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kent B. Warn er Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o Orrville City Schools, 815 N. Ella St., Orrville, OH 44667. (AUBLE, 330-682-2966.)
