Kyle Hamblin Obituary
Kyle Jeffrey Hamblin, 29, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. He was born March 15, 1987 in Akron, Ohio and later graduated from Coventry High School in 2005, also graduated from The University of Akron.
He had worked for Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems as an engineer and was a private pilot who owned JVT Aerospace. KJ loved to travel, go to the beach, make his own beer and loved creating things. He had a deep love and passion for music and played in the band "Pandemic Wave". He enjoyed spending time with friends, especially sitting around the evening bonfire. KJ will be remembered as being a counselor to his friends, and never wanted to see anyone unhappy.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Keith Hamblin; grandmothers, Betty McHood and Charlotte Kennedy; brother, Brian Golec, and brother-in-law, Jason Thomas.
KJ is survived by his father, Kyle H. (Christine) Hamblin; mother, Shari L. (John) Kennedy; grandfather, Robert F. Kennedy; grandmother, Jackie Hamblin; sister, Dawn (Justin) Wroblewski; forever friend, Felicia Killinger; his greatest fans, his nieces, Alyssa Thomas, Savannah Thomas, and his nephew, Carson Wroblewski; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins; many friends who loved him dearly; and his dog, Tucker Ellis McTuckington.
Friends may call at Akron Baptist Temple, 2324 Manchester Rd., Akron, OH 44314 on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from 3 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday, October 13, 2016 from 10 to 11 a.m., with services beginning at 11 a.m., Rev. Larry Knight officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Akron Baptist Temple or any suicide prevention organization of your choice, in memory of KJ. Church map, directions, and the Hamblin Family condolence book are available at the funeral home website.

I have had the honor of working with Kyle on several projects. He was always eager to offer his most excellent ideas and help. I truly enjoyed Kyle's enthusiasm. I admired how much he involved himself with every opportunity to work with all of us and we were all fortunate to know Kyle. I will sincerely miss his friendship and smile. RIP Kyle.

Kyle was a good man who I had the gift of knowing for too short a time. He was brilliant, enthusiastic and humble at the same time. A rare combination of traits which enabled him to make a positive difference in the world. He will be greatly missed.

Kyle was a man of many talents and whenever I was with him he would surprise me with some new fact or activity he was involved in, such as printing 3D pieces at home or building his own lathe. We travelled the world together and I will never forget the impact he had on me and so many others.
