Lois Mize Obituary
Lois A. Mize, 86, passed away Jan. 23, 2005.
Born in Oneonta, Ala., Lois moved to the Akron area during World War II to find employment. She was a world traveler, visiting Western Europe, Ireland, etc. Lois attended The Chapel for many years, and her family was the most important part of her life.
Preceded in death by her husband, James H., in 1993, and granddaughters, Lois and Lucy Peterson, she is survived by her daughters, Lois Reighard and Charlotte Peterson; five grandchildren, nine great grand children, and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. THURSDAY at Billow FALLS Chapel on 23rd Street in Cuya hoga Falls, Rev. Eloy Pacheco officiating. Interment at Oak wood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Chapel, 135 Fir Hill, Akron, Ohio 44304. (Billow FALLS Chapel, 330-867-4141.)

My heart felt sympathy to the Mize family. Not too long ago, I spoke to Lois on the phone. She told me then that she had had more than one close call with death, but had been revived. This time the Lord has called her home. She was a friendly, beautiful human being, that is how I shall always remember her. Hazel Reese, 5723 Taylor Rd., Clinton, Oh 44216
