``THEN AND NOW'

Louise Snow

Louise Snow passed away on May 1, 2011 after a long illness, with family members at her bedside.

She was born in Montgomery, Ala. to Richard and Elvira Weatherly and lived in the Akron area since 1944. She was a long time member of United Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, King Snow. She is survived by daughters, Rose Snow and Elvira Cumby; grandsons, Michael Carey and Darryl Warren; granddaughter, Diana Lynn Harris; great-grandson, Talbert Warren; great-granddaughters, Dana Carey and Talitha Harris; great-great-grandson, Brandon Ennis; nieces, Mary Williams, Mamie Myers, Lizzie Prater; a host of other nieces, nephews, and family members.

Service will be held Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at Stewart & Calhoun Funeral Home, 529 W. Thornton St., Akron, OH 44307, Rev. Eugene Shy officiating. Interment at Glendale Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until time of service. Procession will form at 692 Moreley Ave., Akron, OH 44320 and condolences may be sent to 692 Moreley Ave., or 1361 Hardesty Blvd., Akron, OH 44320.
