Marjorie Marie Ward

Marjorie Marie Ward, age 77, of Lake Orion, Mich. (formerly of Cleveland), went home to the loving arms of the Lord on Wednesday, June 22, 2005, with her devoted family at her side. Marge passed away after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was the loving wife of Otis; dear mother of Patti (Tom) Barbuto, Jim (Charlene) Ward and Dale (Mary) Ward; grand mother of Brian (Tara), Chris (Hiliary), Adam, Laura, James, Brandon, Jason, Steven, and Julie; sister of Eleanor Esther (the late Robert), and the late Carl and Robert. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Lucille; Aunt Margaret; sister-in-law, Marion; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 25, 2005 at Sacred Heart of the Hills Catho lic Church, 3400 S. Adams Rd., Auburn Hills. The family will receive friends Friday, 3 to 8 p.m. at the MODETZ FUNERAL HOME, 100 E. Silverbell, Orion, Mich. Marjorie will be in state at the church at 10 a.m. Inter ment at Van Hoosen Jones Cemetery. Memorials are sug gested to Hospice of Michigan, 400 Mack Ave., Detroit, MI 48201.
