) TOGETHER FOREVER Mary A. Sunday, age 93, left us to meet Dad on July 14, 2021. Mom lived her entire life in Suffield on the family farm and then next door in a house where she and Dad raised their family. She graduated from Suffield High School and then entered the workforce as a secretary at Goodyear Tire & Rubber, where she met Dad, and also as a secretary at Marlboro Furniture in Mogadore. She then worked as a bus driver and handicap attendant for Field Local Schools. Other than spending time with her family, she loved playing her baby grand piano, annual fishing trips to Vermont and following all forms of tennis, which she obsessively played into her 80s. She also enjoyed slot machines, dominos, and playing cards with her family and friends. She loved to work in her garden and take her nightly walks around the golf course with her dog, Mac. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Sunday, and daughter, Katherine Sunday. She is survived by her children, Patricia (William) Lynch, Mark (Ann) Sunday, and Eric (Michelle) Sunday; grandchildren, Adam, Anthony, Andrea, Scott, Ashley, Aaron, Danika, and Nathaniel; and 11 great-grandchildren. Special thanks to family friend, Cindy Dalton, who helped us care for Mom. The at-home Summa hospice nurses, bath aides, chaplain, social workers, and support staff were instrumental in helping us throughout this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Suffield Fire Department, 1256 Waterloo Rd., Mogadore, OH 44260. A funeral mass will be held Monday, July 19th at 11 a.m. with Father Zachary Coulter officiating at St. Joseph Parish, 2643 Waterloo Rd., Mogadore, OH 44260.
