August 27, 2010

To the McCray Family:

I would like to extend to you my condolences in the loss of Mattie. I had the pleasure of knowing her through our employment at Tarry House for the past 5 years and know that I am blessed for having known her. I will forever remember her as being loving and feisty. She had such a kind and gentle spirit but don't make her mad because she was gonna tell you exactly how she felt. I will forever cherish the good times that I shared with her both at work and at play and I will continue to pray that your warm and loving memories help you all through this difficult time.

Sincerely, Janelle Rosa

I would like to let the family know that they are all in my prayers. I had the blessing to meet Mattie through her wonderful daughter Shelia and granddaughter Jamila.

I was able to enjoy her most recent birthday with her and we had several laughs sitting at her table. I know she will be truly missed my me but mostly by the one's who love her. Keep you faith in God and remember he had to call his wonderful Angel home.
