Melissa Zimerla Obituary
Born in Mt. Savage, Md., to the late James and Annie Murray, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles L. Zimerla; brothers, Chuck and Jack Murray; sister, Dorothy Martin; and dear friend, Dan Nave.
To treasure her memory are sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth (Yvonne) Zimerla and James (Ellen) Zimerla; daughter and son-in-law, Wendy (Steve) Rarick; grandchildren, Vicky (Scott) Toney, Jeff (Becky Slay) Zimerla, Tanya Beckwith, Jennifer DiMassa, Eric Zimerla, Beth (Shawn) Kahl, Mark (Corrie) Zimerla and Lesli Ann Rarick; 10 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Idella Gaudio; sister and brother-in-law, Pat (Nick) Nicolard; many special nieces and nephews.
Melissa loved her family first and foremost. She loved music, her home and flower gardens - particularly her beautiful hosta garden. She was also an avid Tribe fan.
Cremation has taken place. Services will be private.

Pat, Nick, and family, just heard about Melissa last evening. I am so sorry to hear about her passing, our deepest sympathy goes out to you and the family. Our prayers are with all of you.
