I have not seen Joe for years, but as soon as I seen he had passed it brought back good memories, I knew Joe 25 years ago from working for Pigott and Myers and what a great person he was and I fill honored to have known him and wish the best for his family in this time of pain and greiving.God Bless you all

Joe I will miss you, you are always in my heart brother and I will always remember sitting in the the parking lot of Piggot Industries and watching you and Rusty come in and spin the car in all directions as you were parking. You brought happiness to me and my Family and I am eternally greatful to have known you so this is good bye but I will see you again Tell my mom hello and give her a hug for me your Brother forever Devin
