I found a picture frame with all of these different pictures of you that I didn't know I had. Every time I look at them they make me smile. I named my oldest after you and he has similar characteristics that you had its so crazy. I make sure your nephews and niece know about you. I love you.

Hey bro. I miss you so much and think about you all the time. You were not handed a fair life but despite all tribulations you came out on top of the world. I will never forget the day you told me you loved me because you had never told me that. I wish i could have been there more for you like a little sister should be. I love you and that will never change. Rest in peace Myron.

I cried and watched you pass away. Although I loved you dearly, I could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands put to rest. God broke my heart to prove to me he only takes the best.

Paul,
I have been out of town and was not able to make it to the services for Myron. I am so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine what you must be going through. I know the two of you were very close. Myron was a great kid, and I enjoyed having him in class as well as you. I want you to know I have been praying for you and asking God to give you the strength to face this tragedy, and to live on in the way Myron would want you to. I wish there was a way I could take away some of your pain. Please know that I care and I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Paul,
I am so sad to hear of your tremendous loss, your brother Myron. I right away who he was when Shirley called his name. I have often thought of you and Myron since meeting both of you. I pray that God with his grace and mercy will give you the strength to endure this tragic loss. Your brother was admired by many, but I know none loved him better than you. Be strong and if you want to read or think about the Bible, Psalms 23 is a great one to reflect on. God Keep you calm and hopeful for a new day where you will find joy and peace again. You have wonderful opportunities ahead, so try really hard to hang in there and see what wonder things are in store for you.
Sincerely,

Although I never got to know Myron personally he went to school with my daughter and also coached my son in flag football. I have always heard such wonderful things about Myron, he was one of the first people my daughter talked about when she started at Norton High, he was such a great friend to those at NHS and a great example for the young boys he coached. My thoughts and prayers go out to his friends and family, and to his foster parents..what a wonderful opportunity you gave Myron his smile was proof that he was truly happy. God Bless.

Myron lived at Bridgeway Home,as most people know this. I was there the day Myron and Paul moved in. I am Steve and Shirleys daughter and I worked there 6 nights a week with them. I can remember the two of them the day they arrived. Myron was very protective of Paul. Like a big brother should be. It is funny to me reading all of the other entries...the one thing I keep thinking about is Myrons smile.... clearly everyone remembers that big grin. My parents love Myron and Paul as there own and they feal like they have lost there boy. Thank you to everyone who has offered their sympathy to my family and of course to Paul and the rest of the Clark family. It means so much to hear and see how much Myron mattered not to just us but to alot of people in the community. Paul, I want you to know that we love you and are right here. You do not have to deal with this alone. We are here for you now and later in the future. You are such a good boy and Myron would only want the best for you. We love you Paul.

Paul,
My thoughts and prayers are with you! Please know that everyone at NHS is here for you. Let us know if there is anything you need.

Paul,
I am deeply saddened by the loss of your brother. I very much enjoyed playing basketball with him over the years and the various other times we spent together. My heart went out to you specifically when I heard the news.

We do not always understand why things happen the way they do. I certainly have no answers. What I do know is that God loves you very much. Though it may not feel like it at this moment, I pray that during this time, and in that to follow, He demonstrates to you just how much He cares. He is always working through the course of human events to draw each of closer to Himself. No one loves you more! It's a blessing to see how much all these other folks love and care for you as well.

Jesus said, "I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?" John 11:25-26

Caleb

Paul,
So many of us respected and cared for your brother. Myron was a true gentleman and conducted himself with dignity and class. I see these same qualities in you, Paul, and I know that you will continue to follow his lead. You have a lot of people who care for you; please know that your NHS family is there for you.

Paul,
I didn't know Myron very well but I had the pleasure of your company for 180 days. I am not worried about Myron because I believe his spirit is embarking on an unimaginable journey. But I am concerned about you. You are left on this Earth to deal with the immense pain that comes with losing someone you love dearly. You can deal with your pain in two ways. One is by letting it destroy you, the other is by finding greater strength because you are going through such pain. I hope you choose the latter. I know you will because you are a very strong and wise young man. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

July 11, 2010

Paul,

I cannot express my own grief and also my sympathy for you. I saw Myron everyday for the last two years and you for the second half of this year in the guidance office. You both have overcome so much in your short lives and I can honestly say my own life has been blessed by knowing the both of you. Paul, you are in my thoughts and prayers. I am grateful to have had the privilege of having known your brother Myron. He was truly an amazing soul.

I was shocked and so very sad to hear what happened to Myron. What a very special young man he was. His smile lit up my classroom every morning last year. I am praying we can learn from Myron's perseverance and positive attitude and carry on his legacy. He was an incredible young man. My prayers are with you Paul. Joey and Tyler, praying for you too.

Myron was such a wonderful young man!
Our son PJ and Myron were alike in many ways... quiet and strong.

Myron was always so polite and nice when he was at our home. I'll never forget the first time I met him I called him "Marwan" and he cracked up! He thought that was so funny and so did my son.... I made sure to get it right every time after that!

We are so glad that all our boys got to go to Myrtle Beach together for their "Senior Trip" and so happy that they were sharing more quality time together at the Lake. All the boys were awesome together, laughing, joking, and even having serious talks with each other.

I know Myron's friends are better people for having him in their lives. I know that PJ's dad and myself are better people for knowing him. What a smile he had!

We will miss you Myron. We will keep you in our hearts. God is very lucky to have you now. Thank you for spending time with our family and being a friend to PJ.

All our Love to you, your family and friends.

God Bless,
Paul, Tracy, Tiffany & PJ Diefendorf

Paul,
I still find it hard to believe that I will never see Myron's smiling face other than in pictures. You both have come a long way in the last few years. Be strong and remember that Myron will always be with you in your heart and memories - just as he will always be in mine. If at any time there is anything I can do, please come and see me. You and Myron are in my thoughts and prayers.

I know you will continue his legacy and live your life as he lived his. All of us at NHS will be there for you to help with anything you need. God Bless you.

Myron was one of the first people i met when i came to Norton. It was hard making new friends an trying to fit in with everyone else. I had come from a much diffrent style of schooling. I came from Kenmore. But then i met Myron. He showed me that you didnt have to be afraid to be your self. Honestly he was one of the greatest guys i ever known in my life. After about my first year at Norton we weren't really as close. We had a couple classes together but didn't talk much. I really wish things would have went diffrently. Myron Clark was an AMAZING person. I will never forget you Myron, and all the good things you did for me and others.... We love you and will miss you more than you could ever imagine. Paul i am soooo sorry for your loss. Everyone is here for you. -Rest in Peace sweet angle.-Gone but never forgotton.
