Nada L. Ciriello, Sr. (nee Kovach), age 90, was the beloved wife of the late Angelo Ciriello; cherished mother of Nada Jr., Mark (deceased), Lisa Ciriello Akin (Larry) and Mary Ciriello Gabrenya (Allen); dear grandmother of Erin Alderman (Bob), Erica Shay (Bill), Mark Knott, and Christopher Gabrenya; loving great-grandmother of Alex, Avery, Mark and Nicholas.
Nada passed away peacefully in the Community Hospice Center of Jacksonville, Florida on May 20, 2009.
Born August 13, 1918 in Akron, Ohio, Nada spent her life in Akron where she developed lifelong friends and interests. She most enjoyed her family, entertaining at home, "the Bridgers", and travel. Nada supported her husband Angelo's many years in the tavern and restaurant business. She spent several years working at Henry B. Ball Jewelers where her impeccable sense of style was greatly appreciated by clientele. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her --especially in the spring, her favorite time of year. Her sisters Mary and Nada would like to recognize Lisa for her exceptional loving care in Mom's final days.
Family and friends are invited to gather for a Memorial Mass at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 30, 2009 at St. Hilary Catholic Church (2750 West Market St., Akron, Ohio 44333).

Dear Nada Jr,
While the years have quickly passed, we all have vivid memories and your mother will always be remembered for being a wonderful and beautiful "lady". My heartfelt prayers and love to you and your dear family.

I feel your loss. It is such a sad time to say goodbye to our parents..to all our loved ones. I spent many an hour watching Nada and Angelo (along with all the others) enjoy the company of good friends, fine food, music and stories that I never wanted to end. Heaven is blessed to have such extrodinary "friends" gracing its halls.. all together again. I can already hear the laughter and feel the love!!Prayers and hugs are with you all. Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of Nada. She was truly a wonderful woman. I had the pleasure of knowing her and Angelo when I worked for Dr. Norman. May God give you peace and comfort at this time.
