Norma Cannon Obituary

Norma Mae Cannon, 71, of Akron, passed away January 31, 2013.

She was born in Akron, Ohio on July 8, 1941 to the late John and Agnes McKenzie.

She was preceded in death by her grand-daughter, Brittani Mae Robinson. Norma is survived by her loving husband, Lee, of 41 years; son, David (Lori); daughters, Karen (Dennis) French and Diana (Tom) Robinson; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call on Sunday, February 3, from 3 to 5 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 131 N. Canton Rd., where funeral service will be held on Monday, February 4 at 11 a.m., with Pastor Debra Wissner officiating. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.

Mom you will always be in my heart and all of my thoughts!! I LOVE YOU!!!! I just keep thinking I'm going to wake up from this horrible nightmare and you'll be sitting on your couch waiting for me to go shopping or watching football with Dad. This does not seem real. I will miss you so much each and every day!! Keep watch over all of our family, I know you will be near always especially if one of us need you!! All my love to you MOM!!!
