Nichols, Jr.
DOYLESTOWN -- Paul G. Nichols, Jr., age 65, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2016 surrounded by the love of his family.
He was born on August 26, 1950 in Barberton to Paul and Jesse (Wilson) Nichols. A 1969 graduate of Barberton High School, he was a resident of Doylestown since 1985. He married Georgette (Genet) Nichols, the love of his life, in 1978 and had three beautiful children. He loved his family, the Cleveland Browns, and riding his motorcycle. He leaves behind many cherished memories with family members and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Jesse, awaiting him in heaven; he was a loving husband to Georgette (Genet) Nichols for 37 years; devoted father to Paul G. III, Georgette and Jennielyn Nichols; proud Papaw to Parker and Bryson and was happily waiting on the arrival of his first granddaughter; brother to Susan (Harold) Fletcher, Denny (Edie) Nichols, Tina (Mark) Orvos; and will be sadly missed by many other family and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 161 W. Clinton St., Doylestown, 44230 with Fr. Robert Stein, Celebrant. Inurnment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School. I offer my deepest sympathy to Paul's family. Growing up next to the Nichols we were all like brother and sister instead of neighbors. My heart is broken as Paul G. was such a big part of our lives and I loved him deeply. Go find Don my friend and you two will again be running buddies.
