Ray (Dawg) was the most kind, gentle and caring person that I knew. He was truly a great friend, and he would give someone his last dollar if it meant he was helping a person in need. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

A lot of people may say that Ray didn't have much, but he freely gave what he did have and that is a sign of a true friend.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends who feel this loss.

I've know Ray for quite a few years and I can't recall a time when he was anything other than pleasant. I was fortunate enough to have Ray work a couple of shows for us this summer at Blossom and he was always willing to do anything we asked with a smile on his face. I regret not taking more time with Ray this past summer because my schedule was so hectic. We truly lost a "gentleman" who was kind and caring to all. My deepest sympathy to all of Ray's friends and especially his family. God Bless.
