Papa this past year has been one of the hardest years for us all. we all have been through alot and not having you here has made it even harder there is not a day that goes by that I dont get upset that my son never got a chance to meet you and that you never got a chance to meet or hold him. We go on with our lives every day but none of us will ever be the same with out you. You will never leave our hearts and memories.

Dad,
It's been almost a year since you went to be with God. Everyone says that time will help...NOT...we just don't cry as much...the ache in my heart hurts as bad as it did a year ago. Everyone misses you so much. I love you!

Dad,
Father's Day was devestating...I know you seen me cry almost the whole day, but when I was at the cemetary and brought you your card, it was the only time I didn't cry, because I knew you were near. I have the greatest friends, they called to ask me how I was doing & of course I would just start crying more, and they would try to tell me comforting things, but it doesn't work for me...all I know is that my daddy is not here and never will be again. I know you are here in spirit & I can feel you by me, but it's not the same as a kiss on the cheek or a phone call. I love you & miss you terribly daddy, you are always in my heart & my thoughts. I pray that God is taking good care of you & you are with all the rest of our family & friends. Your baby girl, Patti

Memorial Day and Father's Day just didn't measure up to what is was, in the past, when you were here, Pop.

There's so much I want to say but the most thought of phrase, that comes to mind is, "I miss you, Pop." That'll have to do. It's damned hard without you, though.

Dear PAPA,
You might have been a dad, brother, friend, Mayor, Councilmen, Fight fighter and so on, but to me you were Papa. I will always remember how cool it was getting to tell everyone that I was the Mayor’s grandson. No matter what I will never forget anything you have ever taught me. I have so many memories I don’t even know where to begin. From Easter egg hunts to riding with you in your red ford ranger we did so much together. I have never been so proud to be your grandson. I’m so thankful that I have had the last 17 almost 18 years getting to know you. Although I wish I could have been older while you were younger I will have enough memories to lasts through my life time. You have had such an important impact on my life and I will never forget how Papa was here for me.

I love you with everything I have and I will never ever forget such a great man you were.

Love your grandson,
Greggy

Daddy, Oh how I miss you & love you so much. I miss your smile or you answering the phone when I call. I have always admired your strength & your courage. You are loved by so many & there are so many broken hearts right now. Like I told you in the hospital I have always put you on a pedestal & proud to say that I am your daughter. I know you were so tired and now it's time for you to rest. Always know daddy, I love you & I will try my hardest to live with the strength and morals that you have always taught me to have. Good night, I love you, sweet dreams & God Bless You! -Patti

To the McFall family I grew up in Boston Hts. And spent most of my file there and knew the Mcfall family. My father was a firemen with Ray so I knew him through the fire department. I would like to extend my personal condolences to his wife Norma and his children. As a child I always remembered the christmas parties at the fire station and how much fun they were and always hearing Ray laughing. Ray was a permanant fixture in Boston Hts. And will be missed.
