Ronald Emery Obituary
He was born in Akron on August 5, 1940, and was a lifetime resident of the area. Ron was employed by Goodyear Aerospace/Aircraft Braking Systems for 39 years. He was a hard worker and dedicated to his family. His compassion for others was displayed through his charitable deeds.
Preceded in death by his wife, Joyce; sister, Virginia; and brothers, George and Carl; he is survived by his sons, Michael (Nicole), Mark (Kimberly), Douglas (Marcia); daughter, Pamela Brauser; grandchildren, Tyler, Sarah, Hannah, Dillon, Brittany, Matthew and Austin; brothers, James and Billy; sister, Dorothy Stepp; and members of the West family.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of Tri County Hematology and Oncology Associates, special friends Art Welfley, Dave Morgan and the girls from Traditions at Bath for their help during these difficult times.
Funeral services will take place Wednesday 11 a.m. at Hopkins Lawver UNIONTOWN Funeral Home, 3553 Northdale Street, 1 block NW of the square of 619 and Cleveland Avenue, with Pastor Dale Gharky officiating. Burial at Mt. Peace Cemetery, Hartville. Friends may call Tuesday 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. (Hopkins Lawver, UNIONTOWN, 330-733-6271)

I offer my condolences to the Emery family. You don't know me, but my name is RONALD B. EMERY. I was born in Sharon, PA on August 11, 1941. I grew up around Warren, Ohio. I will miss my father deeply. He was the most compassionate, true, loving, and unselfish person I have ever known. He gave everything to his family and to those in need. He was the rock beneath me.
